How long will delivery take?
Most US orders arrive in 7–12 business days. Every order includes tracking, and duties are prepaid so there should be no surprise charge at the door.
What if the size or product is not right?
Contact us within 30 days. Tell us what went wrong and include a photo if the item is damaged or incorrect. We will explain the next step clearly.
When will I receive tracking?
Tracking is emailed after the fulfillment partner dispatches your order. It can take a short time for the first scan to appear.
How do I choose the right size?
Use the size guide on the product page and measure your pet before ordering. If the product runs small or has an unusual fit, we call that out on the page.
