Shipping Policy
ChillPaw orders are picked and shipped by our fulfillment partner's overseas warehouse. Duties and customs charges are prepaid, so nothing arrives at your door with a bill attached.
- Processing: 1–2 business days.
- Delivery: 7–12 business days after processing, anywhere in the continental United States.
- Rates: Free standard shipping on orders over $50. Flat $4.99 under $50.
You'll receive a tracking number by email as soon as your order ships. Tracking can take 2–4 days to start showing scans while the parcel is in transit — that's normal and doesn't mean it's lost.
If your order hasn't arrived within 20 business days, email dannysk777+store@gmail.com and we'll refund it or send a replacement, your choice. Questions of any kind get answered within 24 hours.
