Shipping Policy
ChillPaw does not own a warehouse. Orders are picked and shipped by our fulfillment partner's overseas warehouse. Duties and customs charges are prepaid, so nothing arrives at your door with a bill attached. We say this plainly because you deserve to know before you order, not after.
- Processing: 1 to 2 business days.
- Delivery: 7 to 12 business days after processing, anywhere in the continental United States.
- Rates: Free standard shipping on orders over $50. Flat $4.99 under $50.
You will receive a tracking number by email as soon as your order ships. Tracking can take 2 to 4 days to start showing scans while the parcel is in transit. That is normal and does not mean it is lost.
If your order has not arrived within 20 business days, email support@chillpawpets.com and we will refund it or send a replacement, your choice. Questions of any kind get answered within 24 hours.
