ChillPaw is a small, independently owned dog supply brand in Houston, Texas. There is no call centre here. Every email is read and answered by a person, usually within a few hours and always within 24 hours, seven days a week.

What we can help with

Where is my order? Send your order number and we will pull the tracking and tell you plainly what we see, including if it is stuck.
Something arrived damaged or wrong. Send a photo. We replace it or refund you, your choice, and you do not ship anything back.
Wrong size, or your dog will not use it. Tell us within 30 days. Free size swap or a full refund, and you keep the first one.
Which size do I need? Tell us the breed and rough weight and we will tell you which one to get, including if the answer is none of them.
Wholesale and bulk. If you run a daycare, kennel, groomer, vet practice or shop, see our wholesale page or just email us.

Two things we would rather you knew before you order

We do not own a warehouse. Orders are picked and shipped by our fulfillment partner overseas, so delivery takes 7 to 12 business days rather than two. Duties are prepaid, so nothing arrives with a bill attached. If you need something by the weekend, buy it locally instead. We would rather say that than take your money and disappoint you.

Returns are returnless. Shipping an item back overseas costs more than the item is worth, so we do not ask you to. If something is wrong we refund or replace it and you keep or rehome the original. Full details in our refund policy.
